Difference between emitted and committed records

Summary

Explanation of the difference between emitted and committed records in data synchronization process

Question

What’s the difference between emitted and committed records? I have another sync in the process that has 300k emitted records, none committed and the destination is empty. So I assume committed has to do with pushing the records to the destination, but I could be wrong.

Yep, exactly! This looks like an older version of the UI.

We updated these labels to “records extracted” and “records loaded” to help clarify that as of https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte-platform/releases/tag/v0.50.13|v0.50.13.
