Airbyte self-hosted solution shouldn’t add any security risk to our infrastructure, but I saw a ‘Metrics Settings’ section about anonymized usage data and I want to make sure that there is no tracking that can log sensitive data from our self hosted instance. Thanks

You can disable the analytics, see discussion here. No sensitive information is tracking using the analytics.
