Error when starting sync on sources using Terraform

How do I fix this error, I started getting it on sources I’m testing using terraform:
Failed to start sync: The connection manager workflow for connection fe25-ae43-485c-b8af-1393fb641 is deleted, so no further operations cannot be performed on it.

Expected behaviour when connection is deleted. You need to create a new connection
