Adding roles/secretmanager.admin to create a secret in Google Secret Manager

Hello,
Re. Google Secret Manager Roles described in the https://docs.airbyte.com/deploying-airbyte/infrastructure/gcp|documentation, it turned out it was not enough for me, I had to add roles/secretmanager.admin to be able to create a secret in Google Secret Manager.

There weren’t really docs when I implemented it, so I didn’t have that problem :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:
