Unable to successfully create a Hubspot source in Airbyte, encountering issues during connection creation and testing in the UI

Hello wonderful people!
I’m poking around powered by airbyte but no matter how I create Hubspot source (from server or using interactive docs all) I can’t make it to work, when both creating a connection or “testing source” in the UI. It does create a source but something is wrong with it:
