Issues with Multi-Column Primary Key in Connector Builder

Summary

User reports broken connections in Connector Builder due to recent changes affecting multi-column primary keys, which are incorrectly interpreted as multilevel JSON keys.

Question

Hello,
Was there any recent changes to Connector Builder on Airbyte cloud version? Since today all connections are broken due to the fact that I have multi-column primary key, it seems that it started being interpreted wrong (from array to string list separated by dots). This causes Airbyte to think this is multilevel json key of single value. Is anyone experiencing any similar issues with Custom Connector Builder?
