Missing Field in Stream Fields after Updating S3 Input Schema

Summary

User updated S3 input schema with Octavia cli, but the newly added field is not showing in the stream fields for the connection between S3 and BigQuery. User is unsure if they need to manually add the field to the connection config.yml or if Airbyte should detect and update it automatically.

Question

Hi guys,
I updated the S3 input schema with Octavia cli, so far so good.
But when I go to the connections/replication (the connection between S3 and BigQuery) and check the stream fields, I can’t see the field I added in the s3 schema.
Do I need to add this file also in the connection config.yml, or should Airbyte detect that I added a new field and automatically change it?
