SalesForce Destination Connector Availability

Summary

Inquiring about the availability of a SalesForce destination connector and any ongoing development efforts.

Question

Hi team!

Quick question, is there a SalesForce as a destination connector available or if not, is anyone already developing it?
I checked on this topic in this workspace and the <Slack info> I found was posted a year ago, wondering if there has been any developments since then.

Apologies if this isn’t the correct channel, please point me to the correct one if that’s the case.

Many thanks!

No, using Salesforce as a Destination means Reverse-ETL. Although Airbyte plans to add this feature in the future, it hasn’t been prioritized yet.

<@U02TQLBLDU4> thanks for the reply!

<@U071LUAE93Q> You may want to look into something like https://www.getcensus.com/reverse-etl|Census (which is a commercial SaaS).

We use Airbyte for ETL, Census for Reverse ETL, and we sit between them and handle all the auth and such so that they’re both completely transparent to the end-user and it works really well for us.

Many thanks!
Will look into Census
