  • Destination name/version: Snowflake
  • Step: The issue is happening during sync
  • Description: I recently updated the Chargebee connector and since then the sync populates no data in snowflake. I checked several times the settings and I don’t know what I am missing. Could you help me figure out what am I missing please ? I have attached the last logs.

Hey @albanvanrijsewijk1,

Thanks for posting the logs. I’m not seeing any specific errors/failures in the logs that give me immediate suggestions here.

Firstly, do we know for a fact that there is data in ChargeBee? It’s a silly question but I’m asking just to be completely sure. My initial guess is that there is something either wrong with the ChargeBee connector or there is something wrong with Snowflake. Can you try running a sync that extracts data from ChargeBee and moves it into another destination? Maybe a csv file or postgres instance. If the data successfully syncs, then we know that there is an issue with the destination. Otherwise, it’s likely that something has regressed with the ChargeBee connector.

Let me know if that makes sense

Hello @sajarin, thank you again for your answer. I can’t explain why but when looking at the sync today, it seems that everything is working. But the number of records make me think that the connector is not perfect (still in beta though). Therefore, the issue seems to be solved !

Hey @albanvanrijsewijk1,

Thanks for reporting back, I’m happy to hear that it’s working! Feel free to post more questions here in the forums.
