Source Freshsales - Failed to establish new connection: name not resolved

  • Step: The issue is happening while creating a new source
  • Description: Throws error saying Connection error, max retries exhausted. Please see the image attached.

Hi @mukulg-df, thanks for the post! I believe the domain name field should be the full domain name and not the subdirectory.

In other words, in your example it should be: dataflo-464330547829703675.myfreshworks.com

Let me know if this works.
