Twilio documentation says that incremental sync mode is supported for for some streams but the sync mode is not available when we fetch schema for it

Twilio setup guide says that it supports incremental sync modes for following streams:

When i fetch schema for twilio, the above marked streams doesnt have the support for incremental mode.

Is this a bug?
what should we consider as the source of truth?
