i want to run the airbyte-webapp only , can someone guide how to run that please guide me

The webapp is just a frontend UI for the API and other resources . . . what are you trying to do by running it independently?
No clue other than modifying the source. Also, be mindful of the <https://docs.airbyte.com/developer-guides/licenses/license-faq|Airbyte Licensing> as it may affect you depending on your use case. Overall their open-source license is very permissive, but based on your question it sounds like you may run into <License FAQ | Airbyte Documentation section>:

> • Host Airbyte yourself and sell it as an ELT/ETL tool, or a replacement for the Airbyte solution.
