For this one, Airbyte is an ETL platform (source-to-warehouse), and doesn’t do Reverse ETL (warehouse-to-source) currently, although they have some plans in this area.
In the meantime, many of us are using Airbyte for ETL and other tools to handle the Reverse ETL use-case. We’re using https://www.getcensus.com/reverse-etl|Census for this and have been happy with it thus far. They do have an Airtable destination, although I haven’t used it personally.
