Error setting up Salesforce connector with OAuth credentials

Summary

When setting up a Salesforce connector on Airbyte Open Source using OAuth credentials, encountering an error despite correct credentials. Refresh token may be expiring unexpectedly.

Question

Hello all, I’m trying to setup a Salesforce connector on Airbyte Open Source (OAuth credentials: secret_id, secret_key, refresh token). I followed the entire walkthrough from https://medium.com/@bpmmendis94/obtain-access-refresh-tokens-from-salesforce-rest-api-a324fe4ccd9b to get the refresh token, but when I use the consumer_key, consumer_secret, and refresh_token I get while following through the walkthrough, I’m getting this error (screenshot). I have no doubt that the credentials in each field are correct so I’m unsure why I’m getting this error. I copy and paste the refresh token right away into Airbyte once I receive it so I wouldn’t think it would expire in 1 min.
