The video on the hubspot connected page shows a link that allows directly linking hubspot account by logging in to hubspot. This is not possible anymore, neither of the two connection options (OAuth and API) allow to authenticate in this way.
Figured id ask since the hubspot connecter has the “Generally Available” tag which says the docs should be sufficient to setup a connection.
