Summary
Multiple clients experiencing job failures when connecting Airbyte to Snowflake due to an invalid identifier error related to ‘_airbyte_meta’.
Question
Anyone having issues with Airbyte -> Snowflake this am? I have multiple clients / airbyte cloud instances failing jobs to Snowflake
All getting this error

<@U02TQLBLDU4> Any update on this? This is obviously a critical issue so would appreciate any updates you have so we can communicate
<@U02TQLBLDU4> I see the PR was merged. When can we expect it to be live in airbyte cloud and the connector to be working again?
hm okay mine just failed again. will try again
Yes all good thank you <@U02TQLBLDU4>
<@U01MMSDJGC9> should upgrading to latest version fix the issue?
Im using OSS
Also having this issue, think it might be caused by this pr yesterday: https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/pull/39107
I haven’t found a solution yet, so waiting for morning time in SF when they unbreak the connector
Ok glad I’m not alone – I haven’t ever had an issue like this w/Airbyte, so typically they will roll this back pretty quickly ? Checking the PR you linked now
oh yes i see they even got a similar error in testing:
Hello the team is investigating the issue. Any update we’re going to return here and in the issue.
Thank you <@U02TQLBLDU4>!
FYI having the same issue on multiple connectors with Snowflake as the destination
All these tried 15+ times, not looking forward to my Snowflake bill
I retried one and working now (i’m using cloud)
Good to hear, <@U01ULRF8F89> are you good now?
