Issues with MSSQL Server Connection and Version Support

Summary

User encounters a 502 error during schema discovery with MSSQL Server due to insufficient permissions. Additionally, the user inquires about support for MSSQL Server 2022 in Airbyte.

Question

hello <#C027KKE4BCZ|>, I am having issues with the supported Airbyte Connection to MSSQL Server. Currently I have created a user with read permissions that can do a full refresh on the tables needed for the ELT, but when attempting to do schema discovery I receive a 502 error unless the user is recognized as a sysadmin. Since I am using Airflow for the orchestration, this does not affect the data load process, but does prevent me from doing and schema maintaince. Any insight on this error? Another issue I have is that the team will be migrating to MSSQL server 2022 in the new year. Based on the Airbyte documentation, this is not currently supported by Airbyte. Is the 2022 version support planned for the open source? If so what is the target release data/ version? Documentation attached. https://docs.airbyte.com/integrations/sources/mssql
