Summary

User experiences a 502 error during schema discovery with SQL Server 2016 connection, despite having read permissions. This error also leads to DAG failures.


Question

Hello <#C027KKE4BCZ|> and/or <#C021JANJ6TY|>, I am having a schema discovery and run issue with the SQL Server connection. I am currently connecting to a 2016 instance. The user created with the read permissions can connect to the database, but receives a 502 error during schema discovery or any changes to the schema within the source. This will also cause a dag to fail. I am happy to show the logs to show the errors associated with this issue. Here are the airbyte docs. https://docs.airbyte.com/integrations/sources/mssql

AFAIK we’re going to update MSSQL connector to the new CDK very soon, too.
