Migrating Airbyte installation to a new EKS cluster with Postgres RDS state

Summary

Best practices for migrating Airbyte installation version 0.40.17 from an old EKS cluster to a new one while using Postgres RDS for state. Query about running side by side or draining the old cluster.

Question

Hey!
I would like to migrate an Airbyte installation version 0.40.17 from an old EKS cluster to a new one.
We are using a Postgres RDS to keep Airbyte state.
Are there any best practices here? Can we run it side by side for a while, while connected to the same DB, or should we first completely drain the old cluster?
I would appreciate if anyone has any experience and can share any insights
Thanks!
