Schema Update Notifications Not Working

Users are not receiving schema update notifications despite enabling them as per documentation. Updates are visible in the UI. Seeking help from others who may have experienced this issue.


Question

Hi everyone, I’ve enabled schema update notifications as described https://docs.airbyte.com/cloud/managing-airbyte-cloud/manage-airbyte-cloud-notifications#enabling-schema-update-notifications|here, but have never gotten a notification of any updates (though the updates are visible in the UI). Has anyone else experienced this problem?

thank you! We have mostly MySQL source and BigQuery destination connectors. The failed sync notifications work though

Does it still show you in the UI that the schema has changed?

yes (sometimes I first need to click refresh source schema, but most of the time not)
