Syncs getting stuck on

  • Description:

Quite a few of our connections are getting stuck where it says the sync is running. If we try to cancel the sync, it ends up throwing a json error. How do I go about debugging this? IT is currently deployed on AWS EKS.

Appears to be a 504 gateway error.

Hi @taskrabbit, any chance you could share the sync logs for a few of the different syncs you have running?
