Trouble syncing files within a folder using Sharepoint connector

Summary

User is facing issues syncing files within a folder using the Sharepoint connector in Airbyte. They have tried different file paths and options but cannot get it to work. They are looking for guidance on how to add a specific folder path in the Source Connector.

Question

I’m having issues with the Sharepoint connector. I’ve been trying off and on for a number of months to see if this can work. Originally, Airbyte did not support different Sharepoint sites. It seems that is resolved. But I still cannot seem to get a folder within a Sharepoint site synced. I see a number of other queries on this, and I have tried different file paths and options and cannot get it to sync files within a folder. I have also read in the docs to configure the Drive, but this is not an option in the Sharepoint Source. I have tried cloud and on-prem.

If I have a site called “mycompanysite” and a folder called “Demo”. How do add this to the Folder Path in the Source Connector? I have the folder ID as well if that helps.

If I just browse to this folder in a browser, it looks like this: https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/mycompanysite/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2Fmycompanysite%2FShared%20Documents%2FDemo&viewid=5c91632c-aa07-4960-bec5-528170635f74|https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/mycompanysite/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.asp[…]uments%2FDemo&viewid=5c91632c-aa07-4960-bec5-528170635f74

maybe a better first question is, where does Drive name go? I see Drive name listed as a Prerequisite, but on the cloud and on-prem version, i see no place to enter this. I assume this is the site name.
