Airbyte instance encountering errors causing connectors to run indefinitely


Question

Hi community,
We have been having trouble with our airbyte instance since yesterday.
Our destination are passing the destination tests and all our connectors have been working perfectly before.
Now, we keep getting error like this and it keeps on running indefinately for all connectors.
Any leads on resolving this?

The issue was coming from a patch on Redshift.
We add to upgrade the Airbyte destination connector to a higher version.

Upgrade Redshift driver to work with Cluster patch 181; Adapt to CDK 0.33.0; Minor signature changes
