Connectors Failing with Sync Failed Message

Summary

Multiple connectors failed with ‘Sync Failed’ message at a specific time, no records extracted or loaded. Connectors include Postgres, MongoDB, and MariaDB sources ingesting into Redshift. Suspected infrastructure issue with self-managed Airbyte instance.

Question

Hello. Question on self-managed airbyte-instance :

I have recently observed couple of connectors failing around the same time of around 4-6 am IST on 8th August (today morning in India).
And all the failed attempts had similar message like this:

Sync Failed
0 Bytes | no records extracted | no records loaded | 14s

It went on for a couple of hours with around 6-7 failed attempts and then the connectors ran successfully afterwards.
The connectors in question are of varied type: 1 postgres source, 1 mongoDB source and another MariaDB source: all ingesting into a redshift instance.

My initial hunch is that something was wrong from the infra side for our airbyte instance, but still wanted to hear what others think about this.
