There is no way to reset the password in the Airbyte UI.

The process for changing the password for OSS auth is documented https://docs.airbyte.com/deploying-airbyte/integrations/authentication#setting-a-password-via-secrets|here (short version: modify the secrets file, apply it, and restart the server pod)
