Question
Does anyone know how to sync Slack data related to message file attachments?
I’ve got a connection from Slack → BigQuery enabled and working:
• All streams and fields within those streams are enabled
• The Slack bot has an OAuth scope of file:read enabled
Investigating a specific Slack message which has a screenshot:
• The corresponding BigQuery raw records don’t contain anything related to the screenshot
• Performing a manual export of the Slack workspace and checking the data shows a files key in the JSON message corresponding to that Slack message
So for some reason, this isn’t being synced… ideas?
