I am having serious troubles with my zendesk connector, it seems that data are missing (especially on solved tickets) compared to what I have on Zendesk. Does someone experience the same issue? Thanks!

I didn’t find any issue in Github about this problem. What version of the connector and the platform are you using right now?
Are you able to request manually and see the missing data?
