Issues with Zendesk Connector Data Pull

Hi every one!

Is anyone here working with the Zendesk connector?
I am pulling data from several streams related to ticket data. However, for some stream, i.e zendesk_ticket_metrics, even though the source is set with starting date on 2023-01-01, Airbyte pulls almost no data prior to 2024-07-01. Has anyone faced similar problems, maybe with other connectors?

This issue seems related to the efficiency of the endpoint?
I my case, I have a start date of 2023-01-01 but only loads data from 2024-07-01. It happens for both ticket_metrics and ticket_audits. It might be that it just takes too long and I am changing the setting to incremental too soon?

It doesn’t mention any limitation of start date I couldn’t find any issue reporting the issue you’re having <@U07TYLTKZ70> so my recommendation is to you open a new issue in Github for the connector team take a look a in future sprint.
