Zendesk Support Source Setup Fail

  • Airbyte Version: 0.39.16-alpha
  • Source name/version: Zendesk Support 0.2.5
  • Destination name/version: Snowflake 0.4.24
  • Step: Connector setup
  • Description: Trying to set up a new Zendesk connection and it’s failing at the authorization, here is the error:
HTTPError('403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://wrapbook.zendesk.com/api/v2/account/settings.json?page=1&per_page=100')

It was working before but suddenly stopped working. We’ve tried creating new API keys, etc. Any idea?

Using Postman and the same credentials I’m able to hit the endpoint from the error message

Hi @kyle-cheung, that does sound like a really strange discrepancy. As a first step, could you please update Airbyte to the latest versrsion? We are up to 0.40.0 now!

Hi @natalyjazzviolin ! Thanks for the quick response. I just upgraded to 0.40.0 but it’s still throwing the same error. I even tried to add /token to the end of the email. This is still working on Postman
