Hi Airbyte support, facing this issue with my Recurly to Redshift connection. The error message says to contact support if it continues and it has happened 3 consecutive times. Thanks.

I’ll check with the team. Did you have that connection setup for a long time before, and did it only start erroring out on Friday / Saturday?
hi <@U069EMNRPA4> , yes to both — have had for a long time and issues only since Fri/Sat. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to ask here or open a support ticket, so I did both. Happy to correspond through the ticket if that’s better.
Yep, if you started a ticket, support ticket would be easier. In any case, I think I know what’s going on and it’s an easy fix on our side. We’ve merged a change to Recurly connector on Friday
