User is experiencing issues with Recurly sync, specifically related to coupon streams. Sync has been running for 24 hours with multiple retries and still seems to be failing.
Question
Anyone else had trouble with Recurly and knows how to fix the problem?
Switched off coupon-related streams after the error. (attached screenshot 1)
Now sync has been running 24hrs on 5th retry… seems it’s still going to fail. (screenshots 2, 3).
