Issue with start date in Zendesk support export

Summary

The user is facing an issue with the start date while creating an export for Zendesk support. The full sync is starting from the account opening date instead of the chosen date.

Hi team I have a quick question, I am trying to create an export for Zendesk support and I noticed the start date is not working. When I am creating a connection it does full sync from the start of my zendesk account opening and not from the day I chose to do the full sync. Can you help please? Thank you
