Unable to access Airbyte server or connector logs from UI

  • Is this your first time deploying Airbyte?: Yes
  • OS Version / Instance: Windows Server 2019 accessing Kubernetes on Azure
  • Memory / Disk: not sure
  • Deployment: Kubernetes
  • Airbyte Version: 0.35.65-alpha
  • Description: When accessing the Airbyte UI, the Download Server Logs and Download Scheduler Logs buttons are non-functional. When clicked, the Windows busy circle spins for a few seconds, then nothing happens. This occurs in both Firefox and Chrome. The Export Configuration and Import Configuration buttons work without issue.

Can you open the developer mode in the browser and go to the network tab and monitor the API request that is having problem? Check the response probably there are some errors there.

It appears to have completed successfully, indicating 10.4 MB was downloaded in 22.38s. I was under the impression the log would download to the local machine similarly to the Import/Export configuration functions. Is there somewhere else I should look for the log file?

You should be able to download to local your logs from the Kubernetes deployment too.
